My husband and I rushed to the area (from Ft Lauderdale) for an medical emergency that occurred from a road trip that involved my Grandmother being airlifted to the nearest Osceola hospital for care. We booked Quality Inn & Suites Heritage Park for the closest accommodations and most affordable during the untimely occurrence. The entire staff from 06/22-06/24 was extremely compassionate and helped us with reservation needs (that were determined day by day). This was such a refreshing encounter and relief - as there were already enough uncertain matters happening. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! GOD BLESS each of you

Staff was personable, eager to help and treated us like family!! It was evident that the staff had a good working relationship amongst themselves that extended the level of service they offered their guests. I have stayed in hundreds of small mid priced hotels across the country over the years, this one by far exceeded the level of service I have received anywhere else.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It was in a convenient location, not to far from the highway and east to get to the parks. I also like that they served breakfast every morning and their staff was great 😊

Loved the breakfast options, lots of grab and go items. I was sad that there were no biscuits and gravy for breakfast but they had fluffy waffles so that makes up for it. The room was clean and comfortable. The maids cleaned our room daily and restocked everything! We had the Ada room because my husband is disabled and can't get in and out of tubs without the risk of falling, this room has a large floor level shower that's easy to walk in and out of, and is not far from the pool or the exit which is great.

We went there due to hurricane Milton. It was wonderful. My pet could come. They even had doggie treats. The breakfast was perfect and the staff that helped was a #10. Savannah was welcoming as well as all staff. It was immaculate. I will definitely recommend this motel. They made a scary time very easy. MaryEllen

The staff was friendly and courteous. Also very considerated as even though they started early to serviced rooms they were so quite that you didn't noticed them. Everything was very clean and modern, even the bed mattress felt like a memory foam one but didn't checked to be sure.The room was very big and comfortable and smelled clean.

Location - south of Orlando - don't have to deal with amusement park traffic if heading to south Florida. Not far from the Florida Turnpike, easy drive to Miami the next morning. Beds are clean and super comfortable. Nice breakfast set-up with waffle station. 24 hour check-in a big plus. Excellent value for the money.

Location was everything for this trip. The hotel is located 1 mile from where I needed to be and the walk was pleasant.

This motel was an absolute treasure in the middle of Hurricane Milton. Spotlessly clean, renovated with comfortable rooms, hot shower, great bed, and perfect size and layout ! They are pet friendly, and the staff was courteous, helpful, and kind! Nice pool and relax area.
