Quality Inn & Suites Heritage Park

Staff was personable, eager to help and treated us like family!! It was evident that the staff had a good working relationship amongst themselves that extended the level of service they offered their guests. I have stayed in hundreds of small mid priced hotels across the country over the years, this one by far exceeded the level of service I have received anywhere else.

Loved the breakfast options, lots of grab and go items. I was sad that there were no biscuits and gravy for breakfast but they had fluffy waffles so that makes up for it. The room was clean and comfortable. The maids cleaned our room daily and restocked everything! We had the Ada room because my husband is disabled and can't get in and out of tubs without the risk of falling, this room has a large floor level shower that's easy to walk in and out of, and is not far from the pool or the exit which is great.

Location - south of Orlando - don't have to deal with amusement park traffic if heading to south Florida. Not far from the Florida Turnpike, easy drive to Miami the next morning. Beds are clean and super comfortable. Nice breakfast set-up with waffle station. 24 hour check-in a big plus. Excellent value for the money.

This motel was an absolute treasure in the middle of Hurricane Milton. Spotlessly clean, renovated with comfortable rooms, hot shower, great bed, and perfect size and layout ! They are pet friendly, and the staff was courteous, helpful, and kind! Nice pool and relax area.

Gonna be honest when I drove in I was skeptical but the hotel appeared to have been recently painted and was very clean. It appears to be an old facility but kept well. The door to our room was not fitted tightly. You could see light coming in all around it. The hall noise was clearly heard.
